Lakeland Terrier is originated from United Kingdom but Renascence Bulldogge is originated from United States. Lakeland Terrier may grow 18 cm / 7 inches shorter than Renascence Bulldogge. Lakeland Terrier may weigh 33 kg / 72 pounds lesser than Renascence Bulldogge. Both Lakeland Terrier and Renascence Bulldogge has almost same life span. Lakeland Terrier may have less litter size than Renascence Bulldogge. Lakeland Terrier requires Moderate Maintenance. But Renascence Bulldogge requires Low Maintenance
The Lakeland Terrier hails from the lake district of England. They were bred to hunt foxes that were coming after the lambs during lambing season.
These dogs are connected to a number of terrier breeds such as the Bedlington-, Border-, Old English Black and Tan- as well as the Dandie Dinmont Terriers.
In 1921 the Lakeland Terrier Association was formed and the American Kennel Club registered a Lakeland in 1934.
The Renascence Bulldogge, sometimes referred to as the Gargoyle – or Guardian bulldogs, came about by crossing the American Bulldogs with Bullmastiffs, Bandogges, English Bulldogs and Hermes Bulldogges.
The idea was to re-create the working British Bulldogge breed of the 1800's. The Renascence Bulldogge is bred to a standard and is a rare dog. The idea was to bring about a dog like the English Bulldog but with less health problems.

The Lakeland Terrier is a small to medium-sized dog which stands at between 33 – 38cm at the withers and weighs between 7 – 8kg.
The head is rectangular and he has semi-erect, semi-floppy ears and a docked tail which is held up.
