Sweet white and grey parakeet needs a loving home!!
My moms sweet beautiful parakeet needs a loving home! Serious inquiries only! Her name is sugar and she is around 3 years old. Very sweet, cute and entertaining And an amazing personality to boot! Lol. Unfortunately she is not hand tamed or trained and has spent her life in a cage due to the fact that my mom is handicapped and was unable to provide a life outside of the cage or tame her. So, we are looking for the perfect parakeet parent! We are looking for someone that has knowledge of parakeets or birds in general and how to care for them. We are also hoping that this person will tame her and provide the proper size cage as well as provide a life outside of her cage. She needs 3-4 hours outside her cage every day. We also want her to not only have a bigger cage for flighted birds but also the right amount of enrichment such as foraging toys and a jungle gym/play area. We will give you her current cage ( small carrying cage), a bag of food, all her food and water dishes and current toys, a couple of cuttle bones, and a couple perches. We also hope that this person wouldn’t mind staying in touch and giving us updates on how she is doing! We love her very much but her care is just too much for my mom to keep up with and she deserves a better life where she’s not just existing, but thriving!
